Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Stay current on all client product updates and policy changes through the internal knowledge hub.
  • Document every customer interaction in the client CRM with accurate, concise notes.
  • Complete assigned chat shift without exceeding response time SLAs on any open conversation.
  • Adhere to approved messaging templates while adapting tone to each individual customer's situation.
  • Participate in weekly async team stand-ups via company communication platform.
  • Maintain a client satisfaction score consistent with or above the team benchmark.
  • Submit an end-of-shift performance summary including total tickets, resolution rate, and CSAT.
  • Identify patterns in customer feedback and surface them to the team lead for product improvement.

Requirements

  • Professional, clear written English — correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling under pressure.
  • Typing accuracy of at least 45 WPM with the ability to maintain speed across multi-hour shifts.
  • Personal computer (PC or Mac) less than 5 years old and a wired/WiFi internet connection of 25+ Mbps.
  • Ability to keep multiple browser tabs and chat windows open simultaneously without confusion.
  • US residency or work authorization required.
